Email Minuk supportA useful bug report includes the Minuk version, macOS version, the selected city, and the steps that led to the issue. Passwords and payment-card details stay out of email.
After installation
Minuk lives in the right side of the menu bar, not the Dock. Its item shows a small icon or a pinned city's flag and time. A left click opens the clock; a right click opens quick actions, including Quit.
Direct download and Mac App Store
For the direct-download edition, open the DMG and drag Minuk into Applications. App Store installation and updates are handled by Apple once that edition is available. A direct-download purchase does not automatically create an App Store purchase.
Weather and offline use
Clock times use the Mac's time-zone data and keep working offline. Weather needs an internet connection and refreshes periodically when the clock panel opens. A missing or older weather reading does not stop the clock.
Saved cities and preferences
City choices, ordering, pinned time, temperature units, and display style are stored locally. Reinstalling is not a troubleshooting step that requires deleting the app's stored preferences.
Launch at Login
The right-click menu includes Launch at Login. macOS may require confirmation in System Settings → General → Login Items. An error or disabled toggle can be reported through the support address above.
